• Any ClickUp user, including guests, can generate a personal token. Follow these steps:
1. Log into ClickUp.
2. In ClickUp 2.0, click your avatar in the lower-left corner and select Apps.
3. In ClickUp 3.0, click your avatar in the upper-right corner, select Settings, and scroll down to click Apps in the sidebar.
4. Under API Token, click Generate.
5. You can copy and paste your personal API token wherever you need it!

How do I find my company/workspace ID in ClickUp?

• Every company has a unique number as part of their tenancy.
• The unique ID, a number, is found in the URL of your home page:

1. Create SPACES for each business area (e.g., Procurement, Accounting, Engineering, etc.)
2. In each SPACE, create FOLDERS of common projects (e.g., New-Old, Small-Med-Large, etc.)
3. In each FOLDER create your LISTS (Projects) and accompanying TASKS
• DO NOT have Lists / projects loosely hanging around in SPACES. Organize your work!
